Each step is coordinated to support dimensional accuracy, mechanical consistency, and traceability across production batches.

• Dimensional inspection, including center distance, straightness, parallelism, alignment, ovality (out-of-roundness), twist, and bending

• Mechanical testing (as required by specification)

• NDT: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT)

• Heat treatment verification and full traceability across batches

• Hot-forged rings, flanges, hubs, sleeves, bushings, and bearing-related components

Components can be supplied as as-forged blanks, semi-finished parts, or fully CNC-machined products, with heat treatment and surface finishing available according to application and assembly requirements.
